This is so true. When I began my last and current relationship, each of those two girls were left-leaning. I got both of them to like a traditional, conservative lifestyle. My ex now suddenly turned into a hardcore SJW, because she has a leftist cuck boyfriend now. Women leave politics to the men through biology, without even knowing it. Well, I don't know about relationship, but I had a liberal friend for about 4-5 years, from your country, in fact. We were very close at one point, and I'm glad I chose not to date her, and it's just as well I did, because it didn't end very well.

After she went to university she gradually picked up all sorts of hopelessly idealistic thoughts and trite. Then, she started studying a second degree, because the first one was philosophy, and reality came knocking.

In the end, she behaved hypocritically to the ideals she espoused and even spoke of joining the army for cash, even though she constantly reminded *me* that I was a murderer and killed babies and lambs in the middle east for sport, like you do on an afternoon. She even thought she could commission as an officer without doing any sort of proper exercise, and generally thought my job was so easy, you could walk into.

Before that, we were very good friends, but I think she became super jaded, and did all sorts of small annoying and inconsiderate things that I'd expect from someone much less intelligent. The straw that broke the camel's back was how bloody irritating it was to hear someone talk of ideals, but then heckle someone for being in the army. Reminding someone of deployment is bad enough, that alone warrants a good smack from less mild people.

She probably contributed somewhat to my breakdown in May with that constant heckling, desu. I'm sure there's actual liberals, somewhere, but the only people to cross my path calling themselves liberals, are these childish adults with big mouths and disgusting habits, like drugs and such.

I had no other friends at the time, and I still don't talk to my family, so that's probably why I spent so much time around this "liberal". She lost all her friends shortly after, which is a nice touch of karma. But I'm getting married, so I hope I forget about this whole thing.
