Found the takeoff airport. Its right on the turkish border so it is most definitely military related. Either training exercises or more likely bombing runs on terrorist strongholds too close for comfort on the turk border. Most likely the latter.

This isn't a real RADAR you are looking at. Basically you're looking at a transmission from a craft that's self-reporting its position over ADS-B. Position information and even the existence of a flight can not be considered canon even if you see the icon of a plane on your screen.
