What happened to Trump’s wealth since 1996? He would have been able to offset gains/revenue made during those years using the $916 million loss that was carried forward. But if he was consuming that loss over 13 or 18 years that only represents gains/revenue/income of a little over $70 million per year, or, in the latter case, approximately $51 million per year.

If he paid no Federal taxes during those years, this means that his personal assets add up to less than $1 billion.
