Well, I had a look at the numbers you presented and some were exaggerated. For example 134,300 came from West Africa, not 170,000.
In total, the number of Colonial troops that served in the French army was 484,900. While the size of the French army was 8,410,000 men in size, this means that 1/17th were Colonials and the rest were Frenchmen.
For casualties, the total amount of French casualties only including dead in November of 1918 was 1,397,800 and the number of dead Colonials and Legionaries was 75,700 this is 1/18th of the number.
I never said that they were irrelevant to the war effort, after all they lose as many men in proportion to their numbers as any other soldier. And they did some great things such as at Douaumont. But I don't think that they should be used to represent the entire war, as they currently seem to be doing in Battlefield.

It takes patience to play aggressively in the early stages without quitting every time you get headshotted by some cunt hiding in a nook before you get gud.

I only really care about the reload animations, character animations and gameplay. You get used to A+ Graphics pretty quickly anyway and they lose their impressiveness. I have no problem finding a decent sized game most of the time and when I don't I just go and do other things because I can occupy my time without games. The EU server usually gets busy in the late evening.

There's none unless there's a DLC coming where they shine your boots and swing sandbags around.

While the french did use many blacks in combat roles many more, along with almost all the black troop the US shipped over worked supply and support roles.

The casualness and glitches of BF3 was the final straw for me and I gave up on DICE.

I thought the BF1 Beta felt just like BF1943, just much larger.

I really wasn't a fan of the spawning into vehicles. I know people complain about Mainbase rape, or having to run long distances to get to flag, but I think this is a symptom of DICE's shit poor map design.
The beta map was shit, you could see their thought process was, 'lets jam 6 flags together for infantry CQC, then we'll have a large open area for tank combat', it doesn't work at all, and they've been making maps like that since BFBC1.

BF barely has a single player campaign, it's usually around 4-6 missions and is more just to show off the technical side. Maybe 2 3 hours gameplay at most.
