Most of the people we get to take the survey are either

If the polls are 11 points apart from each other, and more than that in state polls, all I can conclude is that they're processing them with some metric that isn't true.

For example, I looked at the Colorado poll that had Clinton up 11 points and it said Clinton was decisively winning men, which I refuse to believe as every poll since the beginning showed Trump winning men decisively.
