Depends what kind of transplant you get. FUE, the latest and best method where they transplant each follicle individually instead of in a strip, costs at minimum about 10k. You don't have to redo it if the majority of the transplants aren't rejected since they take follicles from the lower back of the head which are naturally resistant to DHT (the hormone responsible for hair loss) -- you may need additional treatments as hair that wasn't transplanted continues to recede, however.
