It's not about spawning copycats or other superhero films, the article is about movies with majority black casts made by black filmmakers which isn't limited to any single genre. The whole thing is about how the success of Black Panther will make Hollywood more open to that idea, since before they held the same opinion as Cred Forums that movies like that have a limited market and this shows that that's not the case.
