Rumo (art designer for Dofus) is researching new designs for Dofus. Ankama already said they planned to use the motor of Dofus Cube to move Dofus and Wakfu into it, since Flash is very outdated. It seems like they want to do a graphic rework too, to add more body types to player characters and make the games share a similar artstyle.
At least that's what he's studying right now, but it'll take years before this rework happens so things may change.

Well, that's why they need both Neflix and FranceTV to fund it now. And Tot said on twitter that they'll almost for sure need a kickstarter to fund season4 too if Netflix does greenlight them after the worldwide release.
At least they got their animation studio fused with another one for this, now they can work on other more than one series at the time in Madlab Animations.
It'll be a few years before we get there anyway, so meanwhile we have Abraca which will air early 2019, and Princess Dragon hopefully in 2020 (although animated by a japanese studio). Maybe Eros, someday, but they haven't even really started working on that so it could easily get even more delayed if Wakfu S4 is greenlighted. And also Garfield, Kid Lucky, etc. cartoons since that's what Media Participations asks of them in exchange of the bigger animation studio.
There's also the Radiant anime this year but I don't think Ankama has anything to do with it other than being the original authors.

No, that's a different one, they can't do the Wakfu kickstarter until both FranceTV and Netflix greenlight the season. The one in October/November is for the Dofus Cube boardgame and figurines. The figurines a few posts up are for the prototype version of the game they'll show at the Cannes Festival in a week, and after that Tot is planning a couple of articles about the future plans for the game and kickstarter.

They're not the only way the Gods can communicate to mortals, as Iop had shown himself down on the world before to tell everyone that it's World War 1 time, but they're still important people, likely chosen by the Gods themselves to be their mortal reps.

Toxine's endgame is to cause chaos with the dead masters. I don't think she really thought of what happens after, she just wants the masters dead for max chaos brownie points.

I got a message back from Ankama support for a Wakfu MMO Magazine I purchased and they gave me a download for the entire magazine (Ankama no longer hosts the magazines online; you have to ask support to give you another link).

The Wakfu Mags are basically unheard of in retail; they were mostly sold as online copies via the MMO site when they were still available. Had anyone bought the Wakfu Magazines 1, 2, or 4 to share?

MMOs were on the rise back in 2004, and it was a much smaller scale than now.
