There are reasons, why these books aren't ripped yet. The trades are just compilations of the singles with an added cover. You can create them yourself, and often the image quality is just bad. And others are just SD and the rippers waiting for HD upgrades.
As Kanon chases after the train, Shion protests to Kanon that her life is slowly depleting due to the overuse of her powers. As Onihei and his men races to the old capital by helicopter, Ibara tries to reason with Kanon while defending the train against her attacks. Despite Kanon knocking her out, Ibara manages to stop Kanon by using Haruto's last grenade to blow up a water tower above Kanon, damaging the robot spider. Although Shion is rescued, Kanon chooses to die for having no purpose in life, but Ibara convinces her otherwise by becoming friends. Gennai, who is dying from radiation poisoning after rescuing Oyakata, passes away peacefully after finally seeing the sunset on the skyscrapers. As thanks for rescuing her and Shion, Kanon reveals to Ibara a location where the rescue team may land their helicopter. Everyone is overjoyed when Taeko successfully delivers Ibuki's twin babies. With all of the survivors rescued, the Coppelions say goodbye to the JAXA survivors, but not before giving them a picture of the group before their departure and Ibara naming Ibuki's twins Riku and Sora. As they leave the capital, Onihei reveals to the JAXA survivors the saddening secret about the Coppelions. Ibara, Aoi and Taeko continue their mission to rescue more survivors, with Kanon and Shion joining them as well.

Your best bet is to pull them off the Marvel Wikia site, which tends to have high quality, generally high res versions of the alternate covers for most of the stuff once it's past the release date. So anything from last fall should be up. You can check if there's a full resolution (which is what they call their HQ rips, their best size is generally about 50% of the Scandog/Artnet releases, FWIW). Some of them might have been released as scene rips, just check desu would be your best bet.

There is no additional context, I too was expecting the next page to reveal Viv was "experimenting with human notions of humor" but it doesn't happen.
What I suspect occurred was Waid was going to have it be a joke but decided to leave it in as a straight comment. Maybe he was feeling a little bit of extra white-male-ally heat that day and felt he needed some extra woke-points lest the mob descend upon himself.

I don't read manga but from what I see, the people who do the ripping and are using something like CMX Unlimited are limited. Excelsior ripped Battle Angel Alita from that but I'd gather that Danke probably paid for it, since he's repeatedly stated he doesn't care about the standard CMX sales. Excelsior doesn't seem to be ripping other stuff and lots of CMXU stuff he or other people from either scene group could be ripping of any sort of material is being left on the floor, so to speak.
It also doesn't look like many of the chapter books or other series are on CMX, so it's likely the same as with non-manga books. I'm not sure that (a) people will see it from posting it here and (b) those that are already releasing/ripping manga here and elsewhere (b) will be really impacted.

Big Time and Blue are essentially out of canon, but you can read Blue before anything, start the 2009 (Torment) to 2012 (Revenge) volumes, then read Big Time and then Worldwide.
Spider-Man Noir is sort of a sequel to the first SM Noir book and probably won't make sense without that one (which you should be able to grab at GetComics.info) and you can read those last.
ComicCodes does do RARs, so does GetComics.Info and Adam, but Azam's will be missing a few months. Not sure if ComicCodes did all of 2017.
Most of the ES links will be active, especially for something like the DC books, your best bet is to grab a title at a time (e.g. search for "Detective Comics (2017) zippyshare") - otherwise, try ComicCodes, which has a search engine or GetComics.Info which does as well.

>Realm of Kings CMX is showing the NEW PRINTING (which Marvel calls a 2014 edition in their print sales/Diamond sales catalogs) and lists it as a 2015 digital release, which Kileko shouldn't rename as the 2010 release as it would match the contents of the 2014 New Printing ("Release" or "Edition") as is the standard for scene naming conventions, although Shadowcat is proof that folks don't always follow the conventions of everyone else.
Unless Kileko released something obtained from Marvel Unlimited or got a digital of the hard cover from some unofficial place as Marvel's own store front states that a digital is not for sale of it and only shows the 2015 edition, you seem to have the wrong name.
In any event, a Realm of Kings GN/TPB rip with the material you want under ANY year, by any ripper, doesn't seem to show up in the usual sources. Are you sure it even exists and you didn't get the GotG rip confused with something you WANT?

801-826 are DreamGirl-Novus, 827-832 are TLK-EMPIRE, 852-878, 880-900 are either OkC.O.M.P.U.T.O.-Novus, Zone-Empire or Minutemen-PhD/InnerDemons.
879 is on CMX but for one of those weird who-knows reasons, no one has touched it to rip that I've ever discovered.
The Superman - Nightwing and Flamebird hardcover or TPB still has not been issued as a digital and if you dig in DESU, it's been asked since at least 2015 about ripping Action #879 with the response being that it wasn't HD, but since at least last year, it's been marked as such as CMX.
There are DCP and Minutemen scans of it, both are about the same quality wise.

Some of those USED to be in Pym's Mediafire Anthill folder but a certain C*** had that folder nuked after it had survived the 2014/15 purges of others MF folders by another asshole. You should try some of the workarounds for Libgen or go to a cafe or library or some thing.

When you get the results, you could try copying them into JD2, which since you want a large chunk of those actions, is probably a better way to go. It might take you a while, I'm using the older version of FF at the moment and downitall, but I'm going directly to the FTP directories (I'm looking for some older GA comics, like Nationwide Publishing's Captain Atom this AM).
In your case, I'd try:
"Action Comics" "2008" (or whatever the actual year range is) and "Nevus" for the first few ranges and just keep going. JD2 should be able to process 3-5 of those FTP links for you at a time.
