Not really. The "talented" people are working hard, too. It's just convenient for people that are compulsively bad at hard work to blame the talent of others for their lack own lack of dedication to their work. There are so many myriad benefits to working towards self-improvement that if you seriously fall short of someone that does none of it, you're probably doing something very wrong. Sort of like how Saya thought she was wqorking so hard yet was completely oblivious to the fact that her work was child's play compared to the people that were actually working to improve themselves.

Aoi's whole rant against Hinata was very similar to Saya's rant against Amane in the earlier episodes. Both of them talked about how hard they worked and implied/outright stated that Amane/Hinata was just coasting. Hell, HInata tearing Saya apart in episode 3 could have easily been applied to Aoi as well.

In other words, Saya and her whole team lost to someone still following the mindset of episode 1-2 Saya.
