The entire character of Chiaki and the way her death was written felt so unrealistic and artificial like she just lived her life to make sure that everyone would cry at this scene. If this was actually Kirigiri acting like that and showing emotions when she was dying, it would be more powerull but Chiaki never had a character or any goals than playing vidya with Hinata-kun.

I didn't mind the Izuru bit too much. I was expecting them to go full cheese with Hajime properly resurfacing for a bit there, Izuru himself being surprised at his tears was slightly more restrained than what I expected to happen. I already thought that was way too long of a dying scene for someone that got Mukuro'd, but you wanted more? Dying scenes are supposed to be short especially fake death scenes, moreover Hinata couldn't even come to the surface of Izuru's consciousness. The tragedy/tear jerking factor lies in Izuru not giving a fuck, it wouldn't have been good writing or made the scene good to destroy Izuru's character so Hinata can come out and cry and hold Chiaki's hand in her last moments. Izuru crying but not knowing why might be cliché but as far as I'm concerned it was the best way to handle this.

First is Chiaki. Her biggest regret before "dying" was that she wanted to be with Class 77. She literally says she loves them.

Now, look past the(rather unchatty) Monokuma and the broadcasted(but not actually broadcasted) killing game. When did it occur? What would killing off the heads of the Future Foundation do beyond spread despair? When did the attack occur? What was the purpose of Naegi's "trial?"

Next, Culprit Number 2 - The 13th Branch Head. This is rather simple, but the motive is obvious - at the end of the day, who would be best off after the Future Foundation Heads kill each other?

Why, the 13th Branch Head, of course. Even if they're not a culprit, by default they're going to be the biggest winner of this killing game.

Finally, and this is a bit reaching, our third suspect for Mastermind - Aoi Asahina.

Her mere presence in the killing game is odd. She also discovered the bodies of the guards.

But TLDR: Plenty of other suspects who would make sense that aren't Chisa

She'd start out nervous and have trouble smiling at first, then she'd see him in the crowd and do a complete 180 that wins her the competition. Then again, maybe second or third place would work fine too. Winning wasn't the real accomplishment, it was her finally being able to smile and show emotion without worrying about being taken advantage of. Moral of the story is that it's not about winning, it's about overcoming your fears for the sake of receiving Hopedick.

See I think it's different with Chisa. Instead of subtle hints. It's "give a hint but leave it extremely vague".

For example, we STILL don't know what's the deal with the theatre scene in episode 1 of Despair-hen. The twist there could be that it was real and that's where the real Chisa is hiding.

It's still a hint, but it's interpretation has been pretty vague so it'd make for a pretty good twist.
