on a thumbdrive because I'm not some pokefag who buys everything that went on sale

yes and I don't need to spend a single cent

what the fuck is this stupid reddit thread

it's as pointless as asking if you can fit your HDD up your anus

I have only around 90 GB of games I downloaded, probably around 160 GB of them all.
Even an SSD could hold it.

lol no

>Seagate

Ya fucked up

if the hard drive is big enough. what a stupid question

I kinda wish I would of bought a slightly bigger ssd than 237gb so I could fit my entire steam library on it but I still have the option of splitting it. I heard it will make a small difference with games like arma 3

>tfw my SSD is 64GB

With my 5tb, yeah

Yes, I barely use steam

my gina is big enough too

N-nani?!

i bet thats one limp biscuit

I use to be able to a long time ago. I had every Steam game installed. Now I don't think it's possible. Is there anything like Steam Calculator or Enhanced Steam that will show me total file size of all my games? Unimportant info but makes me kind of curious.

I wonder what the life expectancy on that drive is though. I wouldn't trust it.

I'd only need a 4 terabyte hard drive to fit all my games. It's about 3.4TB Better than I expected honestly. Maybe I'll grab up a 4-6TB drive just for the sake of having a Steam drive. Maybe it wasn't as unimportant as I thought.

wat would u reccomend for a person start out building a pc. dunno how big of hd i should get

No less than one petabyte of SSDs in a raid 10 (1+0) setup

nice. i need "just" 2.1TB, but my 3TB hdd has other games on it, too. maybe i will move things around a bit or get a bigger hdd for everything else

Or just a 4 year old desktop.
I have had no need to upgrade so far and use my SSD only for Windows and programs I want to start up fast
