It depends. A lot of weeaboo games that come out on PS4 also come out on PS3/Vita with barely any graphical or performance differences. A Vita would cost you less than a third of the price of a PS4 and you can play pretty much every weeaboo PS4 game. I'd wait until Spring to see what PS4 games are out by then before you make your decision. Vita TVs are dirt cheap if you can get your hands on one too.

Fighting games are prime on PS4. But maybe you consider things like BlazBlue and Guilty Gear and such as weeaboo shit. And while they're not exclusive to just PS4 (they come on the PS3 too), the PS3 versions are sluggish and jaggy-edged. They're just shadows of the PS4 version.
