There's 350 (Or something like that) in Horizon 3 straight out of the box, but they always add more in car packs (Sometimes free, sometimes paid). They also don't have lots of different versions of the same cars either, so you won't find 10 different R43 Skylines a la Gran Turismo.

UE is worth it, but only if you're really into car games. It's really not nessicary, but if you got the spare cash go for it. I wanted to play this weekend and I enjoyed VIP in FH2 so I bit the bullet. So, if you have leftover credit in Amazon, that could be an option. Or wait a little bit and see if any grey markets will get some keys after release.

You need anniversary update. Just google that and download it. It doesn't download automatically on some pcs.

You don't need to drive to be a part of the Horizon 3 community, just get gud with the editor and make pokemon liveries and such, share them and enjoy watching your artpiece speeding around with other players.
