Civ music is generally great. A friend of mine played Civ VI at Gamescom and said that the change to pastel colours was very strange and not very good in general. Although, you can't really judge a game until it's out; I am excited to see the new Civ, but desu, I'm more of an XCom Guy, so I don't know how it'll turn out.

I hated the new artstyle at first, but it has actually grown on me, the gameplay changes look interesting as well.

Honestly I generally don't judge a game until it's out.
I've been stung too many times, most badly by the Dead Island Cinematic trailer, once I saw that trailer I had to have it; only to find a piece of shit awaiting for me.
But if I see a game from a renowned developer that I like, I'll probably buy it near launch ( e.g. Platinum making Nier: Automata)
So in conclusion, I won't buy Civ VI on launch, but ~2 Weeks post-launch when it's well reviewed.
