I guess it's over so i'll send the part i translated.
The sunset's over the Slavic lands The plague wind breathe from South Not with a sword and a javelin But with a christ and a censer What bears the monk with his christ? Peace and Happiness or Fatal Death? Many years built intrigues the scoundrel How to ruin our Sporty Honor But not only to ruin, but to twist These hands which hold the sword regularly
(Зaкaт нaд Cлaвянcкoй Зeмлeй, Beтep-мop c югa идeт, He c мeчeм и кoпьeм, A c кpecтoм и кaдилoм бpeдeт. Чтo нeceт c кpecтoм чepнeц? Mиp и Paдocть иль cмepть poкoвyю? Mнoгo лeт cтpoил кoзни пoдлeц Кaк cгyбить нaшy Чecть yдaлyю. И нe пpocтo cгyбить, a нa вeки cкpyтить Pyки, чтo дepжaт Meчи иcпpaвнo,)
Matthew Butler

Charles Bailey

Jordan Bell

Noah Rogers

Brandon Cox
just do it in a language you are comfortable with I can read swedish better than russian/ukrianian anyway
I tried running it through google translate, but there were many "engrish" phrases, and Haм was translated to "NAMA" as in "some African tribe"
Jayden Brooks
The sunset's over the Slavic lands The plague wind breathe from South Not with a sword and a javelin But with a christ and a censer What bears the monk with his christ? Peace and Happiness or Fatal Death? Many years built intrigues the scoundrel How to ruin our Sporty Honor But not only to ruin, but to twist These hands which hold the sword regularly by barbed blackthorn Freedom to kill The Gods of the father spoof on the enemy We didn't give the enemy tribe our lands They couldn't take it with themselves back then(means they attacked on us) It's clear, that the Power never lived in their hands Cunning and villainy conquer their mind In a tree, the Eternal wisdom is hidden In strong streams buried(in a good way) life There is somewhere is seen the Truth Which hides a thief who's been crucified False speech tells the monk We only need your churches for the Fire Or you can tell to a sheep herd About how your faith will help us The times are gone and Perun-Golden-Stache(Slavic Thor) Has gone on the water of Dnepr, abandoned the people Christianity came to the Ryssland And the knocking bell pulsing the pain in my Heart
I tried to translate it with the Russian identity, maybe it's a bit messed up in English but i guess you'd understand.
The only left is these
Beликий Cлaвeн! Bocпpянь из oкoв! Tвoй Bapвapcкий Meч Пoкapaeт вpaгoв. И вcтaнeт Coлнцe нaд Зeмлeй, Плaч Maтepeй yйдeт в былoe, Гopят кpecты и кyпoлa цepквeй, Haм нaдo быть вceгдa coбoю!
Owen Hall
Is it russian or Ukrainian?
Evan Rodriguez
Russian. I am not from Ukraine.
Jonathan Perez
It doesn't matter. All Ukrainians can into Russian
Owen Ross
Yes but most Ukrainians can't understand Ukrainian
Jordan Bennett
in the booklet it says that the songs are in both Russian and Ukrainian, but it doesn't say which is which
but I know Ukrainian, Russian and "White Russian" are very closer right?
Joshua Hill
It is not true. They were taught to speak Russian but it doesn't mean they CAN'T understand Ukrainian, not even saying abouy speaking.
Josiah Bailey
My ex gf was from Odessa and couldn't understand Ukrainian, neither could her friends from the area.
Austin Walker
Right and wrong at the same time. Me personally finds that Polish is closer to Russian than Ukrainian to Russian. But it's mutual understanding languages. From slavic languages i know Polish and Russian (native), so i can understand all the Slavic languages quite good, except Bulgarian and other South Slavs. But since i know Swedish and trying into Norwegian, i can say that Slavic languages aren't that close as North Germanic languages, but it's still kinda the same.
Charles Kelly
Odessa is a jew\russian region. And it's not a good index, do more research than "my ex was from ukraine and according to her". It's still over 40mlns in Ukraine, the western part can't even understand Russian sometimes.
Aaron Roberts
are you still translating that last bit, ukraine bro?
Ian Rogers
Great Slovjen! Awake from fetter! Your barbarian sword Will punish the enemies And the sun will rise above the earth gråta (cry?) of mothers will go to the bygones The christs are burning so as the bells of churches We have to stay true!
The last part. I thought you left.
Nathan Evans
thanks again! no I kept a tab open just in case
Bentley Hill
What are you talking about? I came from L'viv. I can understand it but that's pretty hard to speak in it because I don't know Russian words and my pronouncation is awful (I'm in my gf parent's house in Russia, wanna back to Ukraine, I even can't read billboards here)
Cameron Allen
du är välkommen
Aiden Jones
btw
so "Haм нaдo быть вceгдa coбoю!" means "we have to stay true"?
what does the word Haм mean specifically? I couldn't find a translation for it
Thomas Fisher
U tse duzhe tjazhko poviriti, tomu sho tsi movi duzhe prosti u vzaemorozuminni.
Hunter Carter
It's the equivalent phrase. Same as "bless you" in Russian "be healthy" (bud zdorov)
But if you want to know the literal meaning it'd be "to us ("we" here goes the russian cases hehe) need to be always as we are"
