I make a stew with beans and meat and peppers in it and eat that with rice over the week, no I am not CHI

When not eating that I have eggs or pasta

Rich people's food.

...

This + a bowl of soup costs 2USD

Popular food, you mean. Unless you live in somewhere on the northwest, then you should be grateful you have food.

what is it?

...

>beans
>fries
>lettuce
>rice
>egg
>low quality thin piece of meat
>Rich people's food.

Rice, beef, lentils, fried banana, and some shitty salad with carrot, onion and lettuce

You are usually given options to customize it, for example getting chicken or pork instead of beef, beans or chickpeas instead of the lentils, or maybe getting 2 slices of fried banana and no salad.

ok thanks

>eggs
>fries
>everyday

I eat fries only once a year and eggs once a month. This is what i eat everyday. I envy people who can enjoy beef, rice and beans every single day, it's a luxury.

bump

looks not so delicious
what is it?

you eat the same everyday?

You are poor even for Brazilian standards

Mocotó, taste like shit imo

Cooked cattle bones and stomach tissue. My father prepares a huge cooking pot every two months and we live eating it, it's the only way to survive.

Pretty much. The rice, beans and salad combo is a must in Brazil.

looks better than that pic OP posted.

Get out shitposter

that's good for joints and health in general though

c'est shitte

pretty predictable i guess

>My father prepares a huge cooking pot every two months and we live eating it, it's the only way to survive.

According to Brazilian government, Brazil has no poverty. Makes you think.

Just cooked this, r8 brehs

I don't know because I don't interact with my countrymen but I think it's "milanesas" or steaks with smashed potatoes or rice. The only thing I know is that we never ever eat beans

really makes you think

what did he mean by this

I usually get something around me, usually a sandwich or something.

let's be honest, if you're argentine you probably eat this every week

Holy shit is that a double moon pie?

That's your problem Bobby
You must eat a healthy food

I eat fresh fruit a lot for breakfast.

Same, except without the beans and the egg, usually.

Alternate every day with boiled potatoes, an egg and grilled/boiled fish - not always bacalhau, usually tuna, sardines, mackerel or some fresh water fish.

alfajor triple de dulce de leche :3

>nhoque

So tasty

...

and how much you weight? I bet above 200 pounds

Nah, I weigh 180.

For lunch

and 5.5 heght
breakfast it's most impotant eating
you must eat 30% on breakfast 50 on dinner and 20 on lunch

>dulce de leche
IT'S CALLED AREQUIPE YOU FUCKSHIT

that looks like an alfajor on the outside, but we don't use marshmallows for it, looks yummy though

5'9"
I usually skip lunch entirely and have a big breakfast and a big dinner.

Brazilian here, dulce de leche is the correct.

I thought you were memeing at first but I've seen so many finns post shit like this that I'm starting to think you're all literally autistic.

I know this is a meme, but somebody actually wasted food and time just to create this image and name it settings.jpg.

Neat.

it's cajeta pinches bueyes.

but i eat something different every day. some things more often than other tho. today i had solyanka

yesterday i had a goulash like thing

the day before that i had oven baked salmon with lesco and soured cucumbers...

I love salmon, but I don't like the smell of it cooking. So I usually just eat smoked salmon and eat it cold, in slices.
What's a soured cucumber? Sounds like a pickle.

Steamed potatoes and salt-cured or smoked fish about 2-3 times a week (gonna cut it down because my doctor said it's fucking up my bloodwork) rest of the time I eat rice with homemade tomato, bean and meat stew.
Fruit as snack.

That's why I wrote "your country"

well. you take fresh cucumbers, garlic, black currant leaves (and oak leaves if you want), dill and salt. combine in a large pot or what have you, pour on some water and put on a weight to keep them submerged and let it sit for three days or more. they ferment naturally and voila: soured cucumbers. excellent with vodka.

don't you think most people are actually like that?

pic rel

I don't know. Here people eat almost the same thing everyday. "Rice and beans" is like the standard plate.

...

it's very hard to say, but i think potatoes, fried or oven baked, some meat or schnitzel like thing and some kind of salad on the side and a beer is quite common as a dinner combo

Sandwiches are healthy

>eating pasta with a spoon

Please don't trigger my autism

By implication your autism has already been triggered and the sole point of you reply was to let everyone know you are an autist.
