Helsinki, Finland
Podgorica was pretty shitty, especially for such a nice country.
São Paulo
Every single building downtown has graffiti on it.
I hate American cities. Too much open space.
Nice density but quite shitty quality.
>autism: the city
this is the chief thing that pisses me off about south america in general
Mexico city is pretty bad. I would guess most of central and south america looks like shit too. Obviously the middle East has a lot of fucked up looking places.
All the african cities are shit
The ugliest city I've visited was Antalya in Turkey.
Barcelona. It smells like garbage. UUUUgh
>Too much open space.
That pic is Detroit, which is half-abandoned. Most American cities are fairly dense in their cores, but spread out in the suburbs.
Barcelona? Seriously man?
wow the new sim city has a lot of repeating assets
lazy shit devs
American cities are anonymous, but not that ugly
Tokyo
>tfw one square feet of tokyo has more people than entire denmark
>you will never live in Barcelona in the early 80s
I'm sorry, but the correct answer was Cumbernauld.
Paisley, Scotland. (If that counts as a city)
That is actually frightening
>Warszawa
moscow is okay
there are much more shitty cities, even in europe
eastern canada is a giant piece of shit
Baltimore, Maryland. i am embarrassed to live so close to it.
how's texas light, xiang ming
No Polebro why would you say that? Moscow is awesome, pretty much my favorite city ever. (nevermind that I was born there)
Nikel, Russia. The entire purpose of the city is to spread as much pollution over our border as possible.
I've been there and the only new and fresh stuff being set up there were gravestones.
Minneapolis is pretty ugly/generic looking
and so is St. Paul
I just don't like American cities in general

NYC and San Francisco are the only nice looking American cities.
Mecca.
Lel
greece looks like shit every time i see it
The Downtown looks okay, but I've heard the rest is Camden-tier.
one region @ different mentality
Paris. The asshole of western Europe.
What is the best American Skyline other than NYC or Chicago, 2bh?
I like Stalinist architecture desu
Mulhouse
looks depressingly comfy, a place to read dostoevsky, make tea, and live out a sad little life. I don't imagine the rent is too bad?
Imagine being in Tokyo when the next earthquake apocalypse arrives. Every one killing each other scavenging for food.
...
Looks pretty comfy
Give me an example of a lovely city.
SF is a beautiful city. The rent is unbelievable, but it's a fun city to be in. Every time I go, I meet people from all over the world and get drunk with them.
If I were told it's the same city I would believe it.
every city in the Mexico city's metro area is uglier senpai.
Pure beauty
>posts Wrocław
American education
looks nice actually
or what about this 5 star shitehole
Athens
...
Winnipeg. The asshole of canada.
>Finland having a dirt mound that is over 10 meters tall
Saw thru your bluff
Agreed. The cities in SK are pretty bad too.
That clock tower is fucking trashy.
Arabs have zero sense of taste.
>got a smoak guy?
Fuck i hate indians. Yeah sask is bad too but defenitly a step up from manitoba
Leeds by far
I unironically like Communist architecture. I'd rather look at miles of brick slabs and 300+ year old buildings than Walmart/McDonalds strip malls and negroid gang graffiti everywhere.
I've traveled a bit, personally the ugliest "city" (town really) that I have been to is somewhere around Sacheon, South Korea. I honestly can't remember the name of it though. it had one 7-11, one fish only restaurant, and everything else was literally a ghost town. spoopy as hell. older dude that was with my group told us that it was some kind of Olympic/sporting town that was abandoned after the events ended. I don't know.
These pics make me want to go there so bad, but they would just decapitate me for being a filthy infidel.
>tfw i really like commie architecture, but everyone here would assume i am some sort of commie sympathizer if i was open about it
also, i think that warsaw is the pinnacle of socrealism architecture, without going full isengard like some russian cities
im white and in nova scotia nice try senpai
cuck
just look at this bad motherfucker, he doesn't give a shit
>NYC and San Francisco
>nice looking
neck yourself
Moscow isn't bad, there are way worse cities
You silly 1st worlders you obviously don't know about the nigger shithole I come from.
I think only SE Asia or India can compete on truly ugly cities,
that honestly looks comfy
Jesus fuck
looks dirty
beside my south american shithole I mean
east st.louis > gary > detroit
it looks horrible when you've locked eyes with a defecating crack-head. otherwise, it's a nice looking city.
This would be close to the best answer.
There are probably uglier cities, but the fact that the cradle of Europe was made to look like this because of hawkish real estate developpers is really revolting. They could have chosen to build the modern city in a way that magnifies the ancient ruins, but instead they chose to drown it in a jungle of concrete.
t. sad greek
La Paz.
Las Vegas, Nevada. Not Paradise, Nevada, the iconic hotel/casino strip that everyone calls "las vegas". Las Vegas, the generic suburb.
Dude was asking about skylines, and SF has a nice one. I wouldn't want to live in any big city.
How can a city with less than 2 million habitants looks so frightening for me considering that I lived all my life in a city with more than 10 million habitants?
that top floor looks pretty comfy
Your mother's pussy, It even has more visitors every year than New York and Los Angeles put together, ouuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :DDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD
Rio de Janeiro
ayy
Any Indian city is ugly af 2bh lads (I suppose)
>eastern canada is a giant piece of shit
yeah look at this ugly run down city
Zitto animale.
São Paulo, unfortunately. And I see no room for improvement
i mean fucking gross rite
just eww
Whittier, Alaska the whole town is in one building
...
>suburbs kid
lmao what are you from kensington?
i-i like la paz
All indian cities.
Red Deer, Alberta
Third largest city in the province and there's NOTHING notable about it.
At least Russian cities are kinda charming in their endless commieblocks. But nothing is more ugly than just a giant suburb and a few office buildings as your "downtown"
Fucking hate Red Deer. If you're from Red Deer, fuck you.
...
If we don't count monuments & shit then definitely
anchorage is top tier comfy tbqh famalam
I don't think those r shitty cities, just boring
Yeah, most areas of the SW where you wouldn't be able to live without AC r liek that
Really short compared to others though, the space needle isn't really that tall
yup, it may not look ugly, but it's a corrupt and violent shit hole.
Yangon/Rangoon
You haven't seen hell until you've lived in a shithole where people make less than $2 a day
In any other context this would be a shitpost, but in this case you're actually 100% spot on.
More rangoon
It's a big city.
For you
It looked depressing in The Wire
A lot of out cities suffer from shambolic planning
>Lets just spring a skyscraper in this random lot
432 Park Avenue is a recent example of this.
Oh and we also have a billion parking spaces strewn all about.
>All those cookie cutter houses
They could have at least changed them every 2 blocks
>All the places where this Bolivian fuckers stay here look just like that.
You transform everything good into trash
I fucking hate your country so much. You are literally cancer: the country
mmm I thought you were speaking of china for half a second
cities near the rockies are generally aesthetic.
cities in the prairies/midwest need to be nuked with hellfire, except st pauls that's alright.
>What is victorian architecture
>What is Bohemianism / city culture
god the colours.
this would look nice if they were in similar colour schemes
India bearly counts as a country desu
>just a lot of people in a location on the planet
>Poo in the loo
I thought euro cities didnt have grids?
As a good nationalist, I show preference for the local things over the foreign ones, for that reason I nominate Bogota.
That's an ugly city in all the sense of the word
They repainted those recently, they look actually quite nice now
Kemi is the ugliest 1st world city.
how the hell do they find their houses drunk?
any big murrican city
any city in slovakia (soulless socreal concrete jungles filled with gypsies)
Phenjan
Kemi is hardly even a city by 1st world standards, more like a town
Malmö
Göteborg is worse
Both are awful and poor, but Malmö is worst in that context
Besançon, even its name is pathetic, Besançon, fucking Besançon, haha.
Yeah but Göteborg LOOKS worse, even if Malmö is a shittier city.
Are you high?
Damn, that looks like Paris and its 25% on average of commieblocks, 100% is some banlieues. Paris is one of cities with the most commieblocks of France with cities like Le Havre, Amiens and all the cities of the South.
youtube.com
Depends on point of view.
all towns on the planet are shit except most of european, north american and australian ones
I wish. But seriously, most parts of Malmö looks alright. Göteborg is just gray concrete everywhere with commieblocks.
This is an 18min video on how ugly and depressing the city of Charleroi is.
Enjoy
>over 130 replies
>Łódź hasn't been posted yet
Really?youtube.com
omg Matej that looks like the germans bombed and ruined it like...2 weeks ago
>Detroit
Rude. Eastern Market is charming as fuck on the weekends, and the Masonic Temple is haunted but it's all Art Deco and shit.
If I had to pick a place, it'd be Rio de Janeiro. The beach and cove are a sewer, everybody's homeless or a drug addict, and every building is either a shanty, falling apart, or both.
>Malmö looks alright
This looks amazing, actually. Very apocalyptic-like.
No, it's Pooland
>Moscow
You misspelled Kaliningrad
Looks like Russia
ctrl c ctrl v
I don't get this. How is it economical to build high density tower blocks when only a kilometre away is vacant land?
Warsaw is mini Moscow
my butifel city...
lower heating costs
looks exactly like my hometown or some parts of Moscow
it looks like giant fart cloud
it's just fog
I like this sort of pics for some reason
Btfo bomzh
it's like 40k hive city
Łódź, Poland
I went there two times and I didn't remeber it was that ugly.
What the hell.
Łódź is Poland of Poland but Białystok is Mordor
youtube.com
It's nicer at the street level
People should not drive while drunk, you retarded fuck.
People should not drive while drunk, you retarded fuck.
Honestly doesn't look bad, I like how there's still green everywhere and the buildings aren't to tall or too close to eachother
Quite, Ecuador
Can we agree that all cities are fucking shit
All of them are hideous and filled with disgusting shitty people.
Post 19th century humanity is a fucking scourge.
wypierdalaj
salt lake city
Manchester.
Yes, 90% of them are.
Cities in Sweden and Northen Europe often look nice though, because there's still a lot of green there.
Looks like heaven compared to thisLooks good
Maybe east Leeds or south but central and north are beautiful.
Fuck, why does it feel so good to be Swiss?
Pic related is Zürich
There weren't always vacant lots there.
actually that looks pretty ql
whats in the "hat" structures on top?
hmm the view in the other direction ...
Barcelona basically invented grids and modern urbanism.
Heaven on hearth
barcelona in the 80s was a drug cesspool
>being this new
This image is part of ritual Polack self-flagelation over living in a dark, damp and cold shithole, because Hamburg, Amsterdam, Oslo, Copenhagen and London are all such sunny, cheerful places and no other country on earth has a shitty (part of a) town or two.
Slavs truly are the inferior race and need to be exterminated.
boring as fuck, same as rest of the country. literary boredom: the country
go steal some jewish gold bergjude
Literally kill yourself.
Switzerland has the best cities in Europe, fuck off back to your slavic shithole Numer 457 no one has ever heard of (and for a good reason)
>Switzerland has the best cities in Europe
if you're 60
what the fuck
I like Berlin. It's not ugly but makes me sad.
>italy
Twin Cities are vibrant and beautiful, southsider for life
it looks creepy as fuck from this perspective but if you actually walk around in the area next to la sagrada familia it's really nice. lots of broad streets, little stores, restaurants, etc.
At the street level a good part of the buildings have facades made 100 years ago with stone so it's kinda good looking.
There was a period of time where THE GRID, was a fashion.
So if the city was founded or rebuilt in that period, yeah, then its a thing
wtf i hate norway now
oil jew
its ugliness is only matched by Istanbul.
thats strange for Norway and Europe.
the triangular streets make no logical sense but they look beautiful.
Just because americans are vile savages does not mean Japanese don't know how to cooperate.
Japanese suburbs are comfy/10.
But houses look so small on street view.
I had something similar in Sim City.
Kind of frightening how big AND dense Tokyo is. It's very nice on ground level though
>tfw yurp can't into skylines
no istanbul looks cool at dusk or dawn when orange glow all over it. kind of mythical
i like old pictures of turkey with american cars. make turkey great again ok?
