It's not that funny if you're Polish.

You can be king of driving but you can still get hit by some hillbilly, drunk, panicking woman, crazy, speeding kid, bmw driver or just a person with 0 skills. It's a russian roulette out there.

Highway Police should do more stuff then

The problem is the people, especially from the countryside.

Those kind of village bumpkins take their cars to cities for shopping and ram into ours than we go to court and their wives cry "we go to church, we good people, we didnu", they don't go to jail and their drivers licences get taken away.
Fast foward 6 months the same bumpkin takes his car to the city anyway(without the licence) and rams his car again into some random citizen because the villager has no fucking clue how to exit a 2 lane roundabout(and he has no drivers licence) than it's the court and "he dindu, we go to church, he good man, dosn't drink, works i nthe field)...

A lot of people here obey laws because of the punishment not because the laws exist.
