Can't tell. It used to rain, but the rains are getting shifted towards the winter more and more.

Definitely bring a coat just to make sure, though. The further North, the more likely it'll rain. Even cold mornings will have warm afternoons. Don't expect snow.

They have awesome food and very nice people, individually. It's when they bunch up that the problems arise, but Brazil as a whole has lots of great people, and lots of shitty people. It's not everything bad.
