Your incredibly more likely to see French on products in the US then Spanish. In my area like half the shit at the grocery store is bilingual french english because they must be a part of the same distribution region or something with Canada.

Women actually need them, things like folic acid help keep the baby from developing spinal cord disorders, and the mother needs above average levels of things like calcium and potassium or she can start to get cavities, blood pressure issues, etc.
It would be costly, and a lot of work to get all the extra necessary vitamins from diet, plus expectant mothers often can't eat a lot in the first trimester ir they get sick.
