a lot of them live in low income areas in the middle of the city, the culture in that area regardless of what ethnicity you are can shape you into a bad person. I went to school with a large "diverse" white population (people with frenchy, german, irish, nord, slav ancestory), lots of Native Americans, mexicans, and a handful of blacks and asians. I don't recall there being any fights apart from a handful involving relationships. I don't think people saw color as much as they do in Europe or areas of the world
